Vendor needs to provide language and communication access solution.– Ensuring role–based access controls are available and configurable by administrators.– Supporting bulk user provisioning and de–provisioning, if applicable.– Ensuring audit logs are available to track user access and administrative actions.– Block–scheduled site–specific dedicated interpreters.– Communication access real–time translation provides captioning services in real time through word–for–word text from spoken language for people with hearing loss.– Individuals with Limited English Proficiency who do not read, speak, write or understand English as their primary language and have limited ability to read, speak, write, or understand English.– Over–The–Phone Interpretation that connects individuals with a professional interpreter to facilitate communication between two or more individuals who do not speak the same language.– The original language in which the text was written before translation; the language from which the translator works to produce a version of another language, called the target language.– The language in which the source text is translated; the final language of a translated document.– Involves conveying meaning from written text in one language to written text in another language.– Video Remote Interpretation utilizing audio and video technology to provide real–time spoken or sign language interpreting between people who are in different locations.
