(1) Vendor needs to provide lane headwall investigation design service to the government authority located in Weston, CT. The Consultant shall submit a report to the Town as part of its Preliminary Evaluation which will include the recommended approach to the project; an overall schedule reflecting the Consultant's recommended project indicating final design, permitting and construction; and a preliminary cost estimate for both construction costs and professional fees from the Consultant for the future phase of the project. • Ability, capacity, and skill to perform the contract or provide the service requested. • Experience on similar projects. • Firms must have completed similar municipal studies within the past five (5) years. • Experience of personnel assigned to the project. • Experience working with facility users, advisory boards, staff, elected officials, and the public. • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment with Town staff and other stakeholders during the process. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2026.
