The State of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide and maintain a comprehensive labor market information platform. This platform will deliver continuous access (outside scheduled maintenance windows) to a wide array of labor market analytics and data via commonly used web browsers.

The required solution should include features such as staffing and inverse staffing patterns, demographic data (population counts, age, gender, race/ethnicity, educational attainment), and detailed job posting analytics. The platform must allow querying of job postings by elements like keywords, dates, industries, occupations, skills, certifications, and employers. A robust database of regional employers—listing relevant details such as company names, addresses, contact information, websites, industry, and estimated number of employees—is expected, along with commuter patterns and employment statistics by both place of work and residence.

Vendors must ensure the platform supports exporting data, maps, and images in multiple formats (including Excel, CSV, Word, PDF, PNG, and JPG). The system should provide historical and current employment and unemployment statistics, organized by North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) and Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes. Clear technical documentation must be available, describing data reference periods, sources (except those proprietary), variables, and definitions.
