A qualified vendor is sought to provide comprehensive market access services for frozen raspberries entering the Korean market. Responsibilities include hosting Korean officials for a site visit focused on reviewing industry production and shipping practices. The vendor will organize the agenda, coordinate logistics, and accompany the delegation during their visit.

The selected vendor will also be responsible for finalizing the market access workplan, communicating requirements to the raspberry industry, and supporting preparations for export. Additional duties include assisting shippers with technical questions related to the negotiated export program, supporting technical exchanges with Korean officials on concerns such as pest mitigation and export procedures, and ensuring that market access for frozen raspberries is prioritized in bilateral discussions with Korea.
