DESCRIPTION


The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, through its Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R), is seeking a contractor to provide Knowledge Management System and Services (KMSS). The contract will support PD&R’s efforts to develop, manage, and distribute information related to housing and community development.

The scope of work includes content development, dissemination support, digital content management, and website operations and maintenance. The selected contractor will be responsible for producing publications, marketing materials, and web-based content; supporting outreach and communications activities; assisting with event support and customer service; managing and updating PD&R web content; and maintaining, enhancing, and expanding PD&R’s web presence.

The agency is specifically seeking a contractor with experience in knowledge management services and program implementation support in housing and community development.
