IT Support Services for U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii

The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office Hawaii, has issued a sources sought notice to identify qualified firms capable of providing IT support technicians and transportation services for U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG-HI). This notice is intended for market research and may inform a future competitive procurement, which could be set aside for small businesses in whole or in part or pursued through full and open competition.

The requirement covers support across eight USAG-HI locations, including Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Airfield, Fort Shafter, Helemano Military Reservation, Aliamanu Military Reservation, Tripler Army Medical Center, Pohakuloa Training Area, and Kilauea Military Camp. The contractor would support approximately 1,500 personnel across four functional service areas. Webmaster and database administration functions are specifically excluded.

The contractor is expected to provide qualified personnel and transportation necessary to deliver services and to complete all ticket submissions in accordance with the performance standards established in the performance work statement. This is anticipated as a firm-fixed-price requirement, and the government does not prescribe full-time equivalent staffing levels, instead requiring offerors to propose staffing sufficient to meet performance standards.

Interested firms are requested to submit a capability statement describing business size, status, identifiers, relevant past performance, and experience providing similar services to government or commercial clients. Responses are due no later than August 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Hawaii Pacific Standard Time.
