DESCRIPTION

The issuing organization is seeking information from vendors capable of providing an integrated IT service management (ITSM) and asset and configuration management solution for deployable communications and information systems services and assets. The requested solution is intended to support comprehensive management of assets and services across multiple classification domains.

Key functional requirements include asset and configuration management through a CMDB for all DCIS assets across NS and NR domains, as well as inventory management covering physical and logical assets by asset, location, and classification. The solution must also support incident management, change management, service request management, and the scheduling and tracking of preventive and corrective maintenance inspections.

Additional requirements include integration with Oracle EBA for financial and property accounting data and with BMC Remedy for incident and change management data. The solution should also provide documentation management at the module, product, and component levels, along with reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and separate instances for each domain.
