The government authority in Flagler Beach, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive IT managed services and strategic technology support. The scope includes ongoing IT support, strategic planning, cybersecurity services, and cloud infrastructure management.
Required services include helpdesk and end-user support, with 24/7 support for emergency personnel and standard business hours support for other users. The selected vendor will also be expected to provide strategic IT leadership through development of a five-year IT strategic plan, including a roadmap for cloud adoption and modernization.
