The government authority in Dallas, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide IT end-user support, asset management, and IT equipment warehousing services. The scope includes incident and service request intake, triage, resolution, and communication across multiple support channels, including phone, chat, email, portal, and walk-up service.
Required services also include user access provisioning, remote access and VPN troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 end-user support for Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, account unlocks, and multi-factor authentication resets. The vendor will also support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across Windows and macOS environments, including device imaging, deployment, replacement, and redeployment.
In addition, the contract covers asset lifecycle support, including deploying, moving, changing, retiring, and destroying IT assets, along with equipment warehousing services. The contract term is expected to be five years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2026, and questions must be submitted by May 20, 2026.
