The government authority in Cape Coral, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide investment management services for the City's separate investment portfolio. The selected firm will manage the portfolio on a daily basis in accordance with the City's stated investment objectives and investment policy, while serving as a resource to City staff on fixed income securities, investments, and treasury operations.
The scope of services includes executing compliant transactions, providing trade tickets, delivering monthly statements on investment activity, earnings, and portfolio value, and performing credit analysis of investment instruments held in the portfolio. The firm will also prepare quarterly and annual reports covering market conditions, investment strategies, performance, and recommended strategy adjustments, as well as an annual cash flow analysis.
In addition, the selected vendor will perform due diligence reviews of current and proposed broker/dealers. Questions are due by May 15, 2026, and the anticipated contract term is three years.
