DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in Taylor, Texas is seeking one or more qualified firms to provide internal audit staff augmentation, co-sourcing, and advisory services under a flexible task-order-based engagement structure. The selected firm or firms will maintain a pre-qualified bench of credentialed audit professionals available for deployment throughout the calendar year. The initial contract term is one year.

The scope of services includes grid services auditing, such as operational and compliance audits related to grid reliability, energy services, regulatory requirements, and infrastructure controls. It also includes finance and accounting auditing, covering financial controls testing, transaction-level auditing, balance sheet reviews, account reconciliation assessments, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
