The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide integrated tourism marketing and media services in support of regional tourism initiatives. The selected firm will be responsible for strategic media planning, digital media buying, creative development, campaign analysis, and reporting aligned with the organization’s marketing goals.
Scope of work includes evaluating current marketing, public relations, and social media efforts to inform campaign strategy; developing and implementing integrated marketing and digital advertising programs, including paid social media; and recommending the most effective media mix to maximize the available budget. The vendor will also plan and place advertising across appropriate channels in coordination with internal and external partners.
Additional responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, delivering regular reports with insights and optimization recommendations, creating advertising content and collateral materials, and supporting broader promotional initiatives such as website content and itineraries. The vendor may also be asked to develop influencer partnerships, pursue collaborative marketing opportunities, and provide limited public relations support, including press releases and media coordination. The anticipated contract term is one year.
