A wildlife management agency in Nevada is seeking a vendor to deliver an integrated population models (IPM) solution to support the management of mule deer and pronghorn populations. The scope includes the development of advanced statistical models that combine various sources of data, such as aerial count surveys, radio-telemetry survival rates, habitat indices, and harvest statistics. These models should be capable of estimating population size, survival, recruitment, and the factors influencing these metrics, while distinguishing biological variation from sampling error.

The project also requires the creation of an updatable web interface that ingests new data as it becomes available, providing accessible and actionable insights to biologists and wildlife managers.
