DESCRIPTION


The Health and Human Services System in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive software development, technical support, maintenance, and ongoing support services for its Integrated Eligibility Redesign project. Responsibilities include developing, modifying, and maintaining automated database build scripts, as well as Data Description Language (DDL) and Data Manipulation Language (DML) scripts that are environment-agnostic to effectively implement database changes across all environments.

The selected vendor will be required to update and maintain supporting documentation to resolve database-related issues, build and maintain scripts for deploying code in various environments, and assist agency staff in troubleshooting issues related to contractor-developed applications. Additionally, adherence to the agency's processes for resolving data errors is required, including performing root cause analysis and updating affected records.
