(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate telephone services and system.– Provide an integrated, automated inmate information service accessible through the inmate telephone system– Turnkey, fully managed inmate telephone system that includes all equipment, installation, maintenance, network services, and customer support necessary to provide secure, reliable, and monitored telecommunications for inmates and facility staff– Provide a complete telecommunications system for all inmate housing areas, visitation areas, and any designated facilities– Provide a secure, web–based interface for County staff for call management, playback, and data retention.– Access this information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without the need for live operator assistance– Provide 24/7 technical support and system monitoring(2) The contract period will be for three years.
