A government agency in Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide maintenance and technical support services for its infrastructure field support systems, which are integral to the operation of high and medium altitude systems. The scope of work includes comprehensive software support, system administration, and maintenance required for agency systems to effectively operate and interface with multiple sensors and exploitation systems.
The vendor will deliver technical and engineering support, encompassing in-depth diagnostics, fault isolation for both sensors and associated ground components, and management of end-to-end network paths. Responsibilities include mission preparation, such as ensuring system readiness and configuring systems for specific sensor or communication links, providing direct mission execution support—including real-time assistance to operators during anomalies—and delivering post-mission support such as troubleshooting ground anomalies, maintaining systems, processing trouble tickets, and preparing deficiency reports.
Additionally, the contractor will support system upgrades by providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) input before and during upgrades or technical orders, as well as hands-on and procedural support after upgrades. This encompasses developing operating instructions, streamlining sustainment processes, and delivering on-the-job training to Air Force personnel. Vendors with strong expertise in field system maintenance, diagnostics, and mission-critical support are encouraged to respond.
