DESCRIPTION
The contractor will provide information technology support services for the Space Science Division’s information systems administration. Services will include management, evaluation, procurement, system integration, programming, maintenance, training, and testing for supported resources.
The work will encompass hardware and software engineering for IT infrastructure; IT systems and network management, operations, security, and help desk support; Management Information Systems software engineering and support; and scientific research software engineering and support for division branches.
The contractor will also provide web and database development support on an as-needed basis, including the development and maintenance of access to controlled web pages for projects. Additional responsibilities include systems engineering, resource planning, and software engineering support for the division’s MIS environment.
