DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Kelowna, British Columbia is seeking professional information technology advisory services to support a process mining Proof of Value initiative focused on one end-to-end business process related to customer service requests.

The selected vendor will help plan, execute, analyze, and report on the initiative in collaboration with staff. The scope includes analysis of existing operational data, identification of required data sources and elements, development of process data models, data modelling and validation, and preparation of observations, findings, and recommendations.

The work also includes conducting process mining analysis to identify patterns, bottlenecks, rework, and service level agreement performance, as well as developing visual dashboards that present macro-level KPIs and operational insights. The vendor will also assist with data extraction planning and support IT security and data privacy approvals, including potential anonymization or exclusion of personal information where required.
