DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Charlottesville, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive support services across information technology, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), and industrial control systems (ICS) environments. The scope includes support for core IT systems such as enterprise servers, storage, virtualization, network operations center (NOC) and security operations center (SOC) functions across on-premises and cloud environments, network infrastructure, endpoint devices, and identity and access management.

The selected vendor will also support SCADA and industrial control systems, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming and troubleshooting, industrial network design, instrumentation and controls integration, and construction project integration and commissioning support. Additional responsibilities include support for ERP financial systems, document management and workflow platforms, GIS/ESRI administration, CMMS and asset management systems, and related system integrations.

General services may include capital project management and oversight, time-and-material troubleshooting, emergency response, policy and standards development, documentation, temporary staffing augmentation, and coordination with third-party vendors.
