The U.S. Government is seeking information from industry regarding Information System Operation Services Support (ISOSS) at the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) in New Mexico. This sources sought notice is issued under the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program to identify qualified vendors capable of maintaining the Army's Information System (IS) infrastructure.
Interested companies are requested to demonstrate their capabilities in providing Computer Facilities Management Services, including past experience with projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, as well as relevant certifications. Businesses should indicate their status as an SBA 8(a) firm, their interest in competing as a prime or as part of a teaming or joint venture arrangement, and their ability to fulfill the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Responses should also provide information on commercial availability, pricing, delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, and suggestions for structuring contract requirements to encourage competition among 8(a) firms. The government is soliciting industry input for planning purposes only and this notice will help shape any future potential procurement.
