DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Sunbury, Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive information technology management services for multiple facilities. The selected Managed Service Provider (MSP) will be responsible for delivering a broad range of IT support, including general technical assistance, hardware and software support, cloud storage management, and networking. Duties entail performance of basic support functions such as the onboarding of computers, printers, peripherals, and Microsoft Office 365 and other software applications across office and park locations.
The scope of work further includes ongoing management of computer systems, networking equipment (switches, firewalls, routers, etc.), and security devices.
