The government authority in Flagler Beach, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive information technology managed services and strategic support services. The scope includes ongoing IT support, strategic planning, cybersecurity services, cloud infrastructure management, infrastructure support, and business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
Required services include helpdesk and end-user support, with 24/7 support for emergency personnel and standard business hours support for other users. The selected vendor is also expected to provide strategic IT leadership, including development of a five-year IT strategic plan with a roadmap for cloud adoption and modernization.
The engagement also covers cybersecurity capabilities such as endpoint detection and response, multi-factor authentication, security awareness training, vulnerability management, and incident response. In addition, the vendor will support and administer cloud platforms and related systems, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, backup solutions, cloud migrations, and the management and maintenance of servers, networks, and on-premises systems.
