DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide fully managed and secure information technology services under a one-year contract. The requested solution should be comparable to or exceed the current service model and support day-to-day IT operations, user support, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and strategic technology planning.

Scope of work includes remote help desk support, on-site support with at least one scheduled on-site day per month, 24/7/365 support for critical systems, and a ticketing system with a customer portal. The vendor will also be responsible for infrastructure, network, and systems management, including continuous monitoring and alerting, as well as patch management for servers and workstations.

Security-related services include endpoint detection and response, anti-malware and anti-spyware management, multi-factor authentication, and content filtering support. The engagement also includes server backups with time-based retention, Microsoft 365 cloud backups, disaster recovery planning with annual testing, and vCIO-style strategic IT services such as technical assessments, technology roadmap development, lifecycle planning, and budgeting support.
