Information Systems Director Services

The organization seeks a provider of Information Systems Director services to build a culture of customer service within the information systems team. The selected professional will develop and oversee customer service processes to support end users in their engagement with the organization's information systems.

Key responsibilities include managing projects related to critical business applications such as Salesforce, Intacct, LearnUpon, Cvent, Emma, and the partner website portal, as well as their integrations. The director will also lead change management and communication initiatives in support of information systems projects, and oversee the continual improvement of the Salesforce system. Collaboration with both internal staff and external stakeholders is essential to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

The role requires establishing policies, practices, and security measures to protect information resources and ensure compliance with IT governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards. Oversight will be provided to staff managing daily operations of various data systems and tools, and the director may advise on the operation, planning, and management of the organization's atlas system.
