Must have an active Top Secret Facility Security Clearance with Top Secret safeguarding accredited for storage of Sensitive Compartmented Information at time of proposal submission

Must have Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility accreditation by the Defense Intelligence Agency
Contractor facilities must be located within a 30-mile radius of the Pentagon
Must maintain an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information facility clearance for the life of the contract
Must provide a tailored capabilities statement not exceeding five pages
Must provide a brief three to five-page synopsis of similar work performed
Must provide UEI and CAGE code number
