The government authority in Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide independent verification and validation (IV&V) services for major eligibility system initiatives. The selected contractor will support implementation of the new Medicaid Eligibility System within ServiceNow, the Community Engagement implementation within the current HEAplus eligibility system, and design, development, and implementation activities for Community Engagement in the new eligibility platform.
The scope includes providing an independent assessment of the technical solution and the overall quality of project delivery. The contractor will also review user involvement and stakeholder buy-in, including user acceptance testing planning, participation, and acceptance decision processes. In addition, the vendor will be responsible for independently identifying, assessing, and reporting project risks, including milestone and readiness risks, and recommending corrective and preventive actions to project leadership.
