The City of Albany Water Department requires a professional consultant to deliver a fully functional, calibrated hydraulic model of its water distribution system, which includes approximately 700 miles of water mains, 4,000 fire hydrants, 7,600 valves, 28 groundwater production wells, and 11 elevated storage tanks. The project includes integration with the City's existing ArcGIS system, system analysis for pressures, fire flow, storage, pumping, outages, future growth, and capital improvement planning. The consultant must provide comprehensive staff training, documentation, and ensure full City ownership of the model, data, and configurations. The model must be portable, delivered in both native software and EPANET-compatible formats.
