DESCRIPTION
The City of Denver is seeking a vendor to provide hotel asset management services. The selected firm will assist in overseeing the city's hotel assets, including supporting the negotiation and potential transition to a new hotel management agreement and operator, as needed. Serving as the primary liaison to third-party property management and brand representatives, the asset manager will ensure effective communication and alignment with city objectives.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive analyses of hotel financial statements, operating performance, and market positioning to identify areas for improvement.
