The government authority in Port Orchard, Washington is seeking a vendor to operate a homelessness assistance program with a budget of up to USD 400,000. The program is intended to provide hotel and motel vouchers along with intensive case management services for eligible households.
The selected provider will be expected to work directly with participating households to develop and implement housing stability plans. Case management should include identifying household needs, available resources, opportunities, and next steps to support longer-term housing stability.
The program is expected to include agreements with multiple hotel owners and operators where possible. The provider should be able to build and maintain relationships with hotel partners, negotiate voucher arrangements for fixed periods such as weekly or monthly stays, and help address any issues that may arise between program households and participating properties.
