The government authority is seeking a vendor to provide high-resolution aerial ortho imagery and optional geospatial products covering full counties and designated partial-county areas identified in Exhibit A. The requested acquisition schedules may be annual or biennial. Vendors must provide separate optional pricing for four-band RGB/NIR imagery.
Optional products may include four-band imagery with red, green, blue, and near-infrared bands; classified point-cloud data in LAZ format; and Digital Surface Model and Digital Terrain Model products in GeoTIFF format. Imagery must be collected under conditions that produce clear, consistent, and usable results, including leaf-off conditions unless otherwise approved, minimal snow, limited atmospheric interference, no widespread temporary flooding or other abnormal surface conditions, and adequate sun angle to reduce excessive shadowing.
