DESCRIPTION


This RFI seeks vendors to provide a comprehensive healthcare management systems end user solution designed to support 11 distinct user domains under a centralized governance and shared services framework. The selected solution must integrate cross-platform data sources, including ServiceNow, LMS, and EHR systems, to visualize user adoption and highlight areas of workflow friction. Vendors will be expected to deliver rapid, centralized support, ensuring adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident resolution and First Contact Resolution (FCR).

The solution must also ensure Day One Readiness by enabling rapid intake, provisioning, and focused onboarding and training processes, with a goal of a 3-day onboarding pipeline. Additionally, vendors are responsible for certifying and equipping Field Maintainers to deliver offline IT support in Disconnected, Intermittent, and Limited (DIL) tactical environments. The overall objective is to guarantee seamless transitions and high levels of user satisfaction for both clinical staff and beneficiary populations.
