The services required include daily maintenance and operational support, facilitating administrative efficiencies and clinical effectiveness such as reducing medical errors, avoiding duplicative procedures, and improving coordination of care. The contracted vendor must link the full continuum of providers—including public and private sectors, physicians, clinics, labs, and medical facilities—to achieve seamless health data exchange. The contract will span two years.
