The issuer is seeking information from vendors capable of providing a ground transportation management system and commercial vehicle management software solution. The requested system is intended to support the enforcement and collection of per-trip fees from ground transportation operators.
The solution should include capabilities such as remote triage and diagnostics of radio frequency identification (RFID) components, remote updates of RFID reader information, the ability to turn RF sensors on and off, and rapid remote troubleshooting without requiring on-site dispatch. The requested environment also references NEMA-compliant enclosures, batteries, antennas, fiber optic and cabling connections, and integrated software with full maintenance support.
