DESCRIPTION

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide on-call architectural, engineering design, and construction management services for green storm water infrastructure projects within the City of St. Louis. The selected firm will assist the Community Development Administration with the administration of Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery funds. The contract is task-order based with a three-year term and an option to extend.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a responsible contractor legally authorized and properly licensed to perform the assigned services
  • Must not be suspended, debarred, excluded, or otherwise ineligible to participate in federal awards
  • Project Manager must be a licensed Architect or Professional Engineer registered in the State of Missouri
  • Must have working knowledge of HUD CDBG and CDBG-DR requirements
  • Must demonstrate qualifications and experience with design and construction of projects of similar type, size and scope
  • Must be enrolled in and actively participate in E-Verify
  • Must provide a copy of the front page and signature page of their Memorandum of Understanding with Homeland Security for E-Verify
