The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide graphic design and visual content services on an as-needed basis in New York. The scope includes graphic design, visual content production, printing, fabrication, and installation services to support a range of visual communications and environmental branding needs.
Requested services include wall wraps, murals, wall vinyl graphic printing and production, professional installation of wall wraps, acrylic installations, and rigid graphic artwork such as framed and canvas displays. The vendor may also be asked to provide onsite art consultation, canvas stretching of original paintings, historic image acquisition, and digital media development services.
Photography services are also included in the scope, such as formal staff headshots and photography for scheduled special events and hospital-related environmental settings, including caregivers working in clinical areas. The selected vendor should also be able to provide access to a large library of images. A pre-proposal conference call is scheduled for May 11, 2026.
