DESCRIPTION
The organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive graphic design and GIS services over a one-year contract. The selected vendor will participate in defining project requirements and translate client needs and branding strategies into effective design strategies. Responsibilities include selecting design elements that align with branding, developing creative visual content such as infographics, videos (including creation, recording, and editing), graphics, maps, editable templates, marketing materials, digital and printed reports, presentations, and other publications for various purposes including campaigns, annual reports, and outreach efforts.
Vendors will be expected to develop visual concepts leveraging illustrations, logos, layouts, film, photography, and both digital platforms and traditional mediums. The role may involve collaborating with copywriters and creative directors, testing and amending designs per feedback, and ensuring all graphics are visually appealing and on-brand. Support in GIS includes producing geographic data layers, maps, tables, and reports with spatial analysis, designing graphic representations using GIS technology, and providing technical expertise and integration recommendations in GIS mapping for various projects.
