DESCRIPTION

The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is seeking a qualified grants consulting firm to provide strategic and operational support throughout the grant lifecycle, including opportunity identification, prospect research, proposal development, submission support, congressional and earmark funding support, post-award guidance, training, and strategic intelligence services. The Contractor shall support UMGC’s efforts to secure public and private funding opportunities that align with institutional priorities. The initial contract term is two years, with no renewal options.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of three references for projects of similar scope and complexity completed within the last five years
Must provide an electronic copy of a Certificate of Insurance verifying coverage for Commercial General Liability, Workmen’s Compensation, and Professional Liability
Must be registered on Bid Locker prior to uploading proposals
Must provide resumes for an Account Lead and a Management Supervisor
Must comply with Maryland Living Wage requirements
Must comply with Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontracting goal of 3%
