DESCRIPTION

Boulder County Public Health (BCPH) is seeking a consultant to support its public health funding strategy by identifying grant opportunities and developing competitive grant applications. Services include funding opportunity research, proposal development, application review, grant tracking, and the creation of reusable grant-development tools. The contract term is six months with an option to extend. The consultant will work on-site one day per week in Boulder, Colorado, with the remainder of the work performed remotely.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Public Health, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2–3 years of grant writing and proposal development experience
Demonstrated track record of contributing to successful grant awards
Experience working with government, public health, or nonprofit funding sources
Must be able to work on-site one day per week
Must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
Must maintain Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability insurance
