Grant Management and Administration Services

A government authority in Reserve, Louisiana seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive grant management and administration services, particularly in the context of disaster recovery and mitigation. The selected vendor will support the oversight and management of recovery efforts resulting from declared disasters, as well as ongoing mitigation initiatives.

Scope of work includes a wide array of related services such as conducting damage assessments, obtaining environmental assessment permits, emergency planning and response, field monitoring, grant management, infrastructure restoration, and the preparation of federal funding applications. The vendor will be responsible for providing technical assistance at all stages of a disaster—from preparation through aftermath—evaluating potential damage, and preparing hazard mitigation grant program applications and related plan updates.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with initial and substantial damage assessments and inspections. The contract will be for a two-year period and requires the capacity to deliver specialized expertise in both grant administration and disaster management.
