The government authority in Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide caregiver program services for grandparents and other relatives serving as primary caregivers. Eligible participants include grandparents and other relatives age 60 and older who are the primary caregivers of a relative's child under age 19, as well as grandparents and relatives age 55 and older who provide care to a disabled adult child between ages 19 and 59 who is not their own child.
The selected provider will be expected to maintain partnerships with community agencies and referral partners, including ADRC, AAA, Senior Focal Points, and other community organizations. The program must also include targeted outreach strategies to increase participation among persons of color, and proposers are required to describe their community partnerships and culturally responsive practices.
The contract term is one year. Questions are due by May 22, 2026.
