Governance Capacity Building and Strategic Advisory Services (Closed)

A qualified firm is sought to provide governance capacity building and strategic advisory services for a one-year engagement. The work will support board governance, strategic planning, organizational development, implementation, and accountability.

Must be a qualified firm with experience supporting school boards and educational organizations
Must have experience with governance, strategic planning, and leadership development
Must provide a flexible hybrid service model with both on-site and virtual support
Must conduct a minimum of three on-site Board retreats, workshops, or strategic planning sessions
Must have experience working with large, diverse, complex, or urban public school systems
Must be able to provide a digital PDF copy of the proposal on a flash drive
Must submit sealed proposals clearly labeled with the Item Description
Out-of-state corporations must register to transact business in Rhode Island
Must provide a certificate of insurance including Errors & Omissions and General Commercial Liability coverage
Must conduct criminal background checks for all employees interacting with students
