The agency is seeking a go-to-market service provider to support the launch of its near-production AI-driven SaaS platform. The engagement is intended to help achieve a successful product launch while building a scalable and repeatable go-to-market engine for a subscription-based platform aimed at solopreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses, and digital operators.
Required services include development of market positioning and messaging, definition of ideal customer profiles, creation of value propositions and messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning analysis. The selected provider will also be expected to develop a launch strategy, including a 30/60/90-day rollout plan, paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta and Google, organic growth initiatives through content, SEO, and social media, and landing page optimization.
In addition, the provider will support reseller and sales enablement by developing reseller kits, sales assets, scripts, and commission frameworks. The scope also includes analytics and reporting, with responsibility for establishing KPI tracking, reporting structures, and funnel and campaign design.
