Responsibilities include leading a review and revision of objectives outlined in the organization's theory of change, as well as facilitating the overall strategic planning process. This facilitation will encompass organizing and leading a staff retreat to confirm strategic direction and tactics, and collaborating with organizational leadership and stakeholders to draft an actionable, flexible three-to-five-year strategic refresh.
