Vendor needs to provide geotechnical testing and engineering services to the government authority located in Duncanville, TX. – Provide geotechnical engineering services for various operations and infrastructure projects. – Site investigation: perform geotechnical investigations, such as soil borings, geophysical surveys, laboratory testing, etc. – Geotechnical analysis: run soil mechanics analysis, slope stability analysis, foundation design recommendations, etc. – Geotechnical engineering consultations. – Provide surveying services for various operations and infrastructure projects. – Concrete testing, including slump, air, cylinders, beams, yield, coring, cement content, mix design verification, batch plant inspection, concrete placement, and rebar inspection. – Prepare a preliminary engineering feasibility report, which shall, as appropriate, contain schematic layouts, sketches and conceptual design criteria. Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 10, 2026. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026.
