(1) Vendor needs to provide geotechnical engineering, construction material testing and specialty services to the government authority located in Garland, TX.– Geotechnical engineering, construction material testing services, and specialty services for projects and other public improvement projects for a period not to exceed five years.– Geotechnical services shall include such tasks to sufficiently sample, analyze and make recommendations based on the soil conditions.– Includes such items as site description, soil sampling, subsurface conditions, bore logs, sampling methods, testing methods, ground water, soil classification.– Construction material testing includes such tasks as performing testing per other industry standards to evaluate compaction, concrete mix designs, asphalt paving, flex base, subgrade and other materials used in various paving and utility projects.– Such tasks as forensic studies, pavement or retaining wall failures, claims related to vibration caused by construction activities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 10,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
