(1) Vendor needs to provide drug tests services to the government authority located in New York.– Data Maintenance and Enhancement: Support ongoing GIS data maintenance and enhancement services, including updating existing datasets, organizing data, and performing quality control and data cleanup. – Application Development: Design, develop, and update GIS applications in ArcGIS Online/Portal, using tools including but not limited to Experience Builder and StoryMap tools. – Automation and Workflow Efficiency: Automate routine GIS tasks and processes using tools such as Esri Model Builder, Python scripting, Safe Software’s FME, and other relevant APIs. – Strategic Planning and Technical Consultation: Provide high–level, technical expertise and recommendations on emerging Esri features, applications, and best practices to mentor current staff and support informed decision–making, including department–specific GIS strategic planning services.
