The buyer seeks a vendor to provide game design, development, and support services for software-based educational interventions. The primary deliverable is a gamified educational training platform referred to as the "GroSafe Training Game." Initial design, development, and evaluation were completed in-house, resulting in a prototype built using free game design tools.
The selected vendor will be expected to support game development decisions such as engine selection, optimisation, and technical planning for long-term sustainability and future updates. Services also include designing for player engagement and retention while ensuring that gameplay choices align with the project’s educational requirements and intended learning outcomes.
The scope includes multi-platform development, either through maintaining consistency across platform-specific versions or by building the game within a natively multi-platform framework. The engagement also includes ongoing support and updating. The contract term is two years, and vendor questions are due by May 25, 2026.
