DESCRIPTION

This request for information seeks a foundations radiology exam protocoling system for a healthcare environment in California. The requested solution includes robotic process automation for extracting historical batch and real-time radiology order data from VistA Fileman, including clinical history at the time of order entry. Additional data extraction capabilities are required for allergy information, most recent validation dates, and vital signs and reconciliation related to radiology patient orders.

The system is also expected to ingest HL7 ORU messages for laboratory data feeds and radiology results or cases, then reconcile these data sources into a common information model and unified data content. Required functionality includes analytics and reporting for order workflow from pending through scheduling, activation, and completion, as well as worklist-driven workflow support for radiologists, technologists, schedulers, supervisors, and leadership.

The vendor would assume responsibility for infrastructure operations and cooperatively manage compute and storage nodes with staff. The vendor would also perform all software installation, updates, and upgrades, while the customer would provide the necessary data connections and permissions to support the specified data extraction requirements.
