Formal Internal Control Framework Establishment Service

A government authority located in Savannah, Georgia is seeking a vendor to establish and implement a formal internal control framework consistent with the GAO Standards for Internal Control (Green Book). The scope of work includes addressing governance, internal control structure, systems alignment, process standardization, and workforce capability gaps, with the goal of strengthening operational integrity, compliance oversight, and performance accountability under the engagement titled 'Revenue Department Remediation.'

The selected vendor will be responsible for developing standardized priority Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with internal control requirements and policies. Additional tasks include process mapping of workflows and handoffs, as well as defining escalation pathways and accountability structures to support the internal control framework.
