(1) Vendor needs to provide fixed asset inventory consultant services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.– Implementation of a fixed asset management system, conversion of legacy asset data, and conducting a comprehensive physical inventory and valuation of capital assets.– Establish an accurate baseline inventory, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and provide reliable data for accounting and insurance purposes.– Asset Management System Implementation: Set up and configuration of an asset management software system.– Data Conversion: Migration of legacy asset data from current formats (e.g., Excel, CSV) into the new system.– Physical Inventory: On–site verification of assets including machinery, equipment, vehicles, land, buildings, and improvements.– Land Parcels: Recorded using available client data; estimates made where necessary.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 19,2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
